Week 17:

This past week at Fauntleroy the appliances were set, the front landing was finished, the yard was seeded, straw was laid down, and graded, the exterior lamp post was set, the drainfield was completed, and the stepping stones were placed. We passed final inspection on Friday March 12, 2010, on the first try, and the water test was taken for the well on Friday and passed on the first try as well. We will be cleaning the house this week and finishing some punch list items. Closing is set for either Thursday or Friday of this week. 

Week 16:

This week at Fauntleroy, the carpet was installed in the bedrooms and the ground was finally dry enough to begin installation of the Drainfield. We will take the water test on Thursday and have final inspection on Friday! We will be closing on the house next Thursday or Friday! 

Week 15:

This week at Fauntleroy the landings for the front porch and in the garage were built and the Solartube was installed in the kitchen. Appliances will be delivered on Friday and we hope to have the drainfield installed very soon! 

Week 14:

This week at Fauntleroy the vinyl flooring was installed in both of the bathrooms. The master bathroom has the darker color vanity top with the double bowl sinks and the spare bathroom has the single vanity sink. 

Week 13:

This past week at Fauntleroy, the laminate flooring was installed in the kitchen, Living room, hallway. The rest of the flooring will be installed later this week and the electrician will finish installing the rest of the lighting throughout the house including the outdoor lamp post. As soon as the weather clears up and the ground dries up a little we will install the drainfield in the backyard. After the drainfield is installed the house will be finished in no time.
