Week 11:

This week at Fauntleroy, the siding was completed and the shutters were hung. The drywall has been hung and the trim around the doors, windows, and baseboards has been installed as well. The painting company is in the process of prepping the house for the first spray. They will be painting for most of next week. We are set to go for final inspection on Feb 16, 2010.

Week 9 & 10:

Over the past few weeks we went for framing and rough-in inspections. We passed all inspections and have insulated the house. We have done drywall and placed trim. The trim will receive it's first coat of paint by the end of the week. We will have new pictures up in a few days! The house is coming along very well and we are getting close to having the house completed! Stay tuned for more updates!

Week 8:

This week the electrician, plumber, and HVAC company did there rough-in installations. We will be going for our Framing, and rough-in inspections on January 4th. 2010.
